How is the gift card delivered?
The recipient receives the gift card by email at 9am their local time on the date you choose. The email includes your personal message and a unique gift code they can apply at checkout.
Do gift cards expire?
No. Crown Elixir gift cards never expire and never lose value. They can be used in part or in full across multiple orders.
Can a gift card be used for a subscription?
Yes. Gift card balance can be applied to subscription orders. Once the balance runs out, the linked payment method takes over for future deliveries.
What if the recipient doesn't receive the email?
Ask them to check their spam folder first. If it still hasn't arrived, email info@crownelixir.com with the original order number and we'll resend.
Can I get a refund on a gift card?
Gift cards are non-refundable, but the balance can be transferred to a different recipient if needed. Just contact our support team.
